Overview
Plotae.com is the UAE’s first B2B platform dedicated to land and plot transactions, created to bring trust, scale, and intelligence to real estate investments. With the largest verified land bank in the UAE, Plotae positions itself as a one-stop hub for investors, developers, and institutions.
Approach
Our engagement began with conceptualisation and branding, where we created the name Plotae—a sharp, memorable identity that reflects precision, scale, and futuristic vision. The brand was positioned as credible, data-driven, and transformative in the land investment space.
We then designed a digital transformation journey, building Plotae as a hybrid WordPress + React platform. WordPress powers a flexible content ecosystem, while React drives a seamless, interactive investor dashboard experience.
At the core of the platform lies massive data analysis and visualisation. Investors can access pricing graphs, growth heatmaps, ROI forecasts, and AI-driven Deal Scores through interactive dashboards. With AI chatbots, predictive insights, and smart recommendations, the platform delivers intelligence at every step.
To amplify reach, we implemented a martech and performance marketing engine, combining CRM integration, automation, and precision-targeted campaigns to position Plotae as the UAE’s leading land-tech platform.
